I placed an order for a quince. I wanted my husband to match my dress. Sadly when my delivery was received the shirt wasn’t what my husband requested. I reached out & received a prompt reply from Hannah. I sent a photo of the incorrect shirt we received as instructed. Hannah was an angel. She made it right by sending us the correct order & to my surprise I didn’t even have to return the wrong shirt. WOW! I was a call center manager in my past life and Hannah is the type of employee who knows how to leave a lasting impression. We will order again-no doubt.
